In the paper , firstly , it talks about the stored program controlled telephone switch ( spcts ) technology , computer simulation technology and simulating training system ; secondly , it describes the software construction of spcts , compares the main styles among the maintaining and operation system of spcts , analyses the order - based maintaining and operation system of spcts , by this way , designs and achieves the simulating training system 文中首先討論了與系統相關的程控交換機技術、計算機仿真技術和仿真訓練系統;然后,描述了程控交換機的軟件結構,比較了交換機維護操作系統的主要模式,分析了基于命令的程控交換機維護操作系統,進而在此基礎上設計實現仿真訓練系統。
